About
The story
Ten performers play the Michael Jackson songs live in This Was It, with no tracks or lip-syncing. Christian Robinson takes the lead role in the Los Angeles production, which imagines the concert experience of the show that never happened. The focus is musical as well as visual: a full tribute band supports the lead portrayal, keeping the live performance of the songs at the center.

We spent 750 dollars to see the Michael Jackson play in San Diego last month and this show was far better. Best money I ever spent. We would definitely see it again. Thank you for the entertainment…” Read full review

I thought I went back in time and was lucky enough to see MJ in person. His energy and his voice and his dancing blew my mind. I can't believe he isn't more well known as THE MJ performer. He and the band put on a performance every MJ lover should see!!! I loved every minute of this show. HUGE FAN!!!”
